tip o' the day.

Energy. A few months ago, I could be found with a giant size Red-Bull in my hand or a coffee. Between hating the jitters and the subsequent crash, and my father yelling at me to stop consuming so much caffeine, I decided to look into some healthier ways to boost my energy level.

B-12. GNC sells B-12 1000 tabs, which melt under your tongue and react very quickly. If you look at Red Bull's ingredient list, the main ingredient is B-12. This works just as well without the jitters. You only need one per day.

Green (Herbal) Tea. This also works for boosting your energy. Drink one cup of green tea upon waking up, and before going to bed. You will also lose weight from this. Make sure you are using 100% natural, Green Tea bags. People think you can use the powdered 4C brand or the Arizona Green Tea. No. These drinks are more sugar filled than anything else. If you wish to sweeten your tea, try a teaspoon of honey or a bit of raw sugar.
